vi\u00e1vel para an\u00e1lise de sistemas ambientais. Diversos s\u00e3o os produtos de sensoriamento remoto e os softwares existentes, por\u00e9m poucos conseguem agregar num ambiente \u00fanico tudo o que \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio para realizar an\u00e1lises.<\/p><p>O objetivo do curso Introdu\u00e7\u00e3o ao Google Earth Engine (GEE) \u00e9 apresentar aos participantes esta moderna ferramenta de geoprocessamento em nuvens, que \u00e9 um ambiente \u00fanico com diversas bases de dados, m\u00e9todos, bibliotecas e ferramentas para an\u00e1lise espacial. Salienta-se ainda que o Google Earth Engine \u00e9 uma ferramenta livre, em que o \u00fanico pr\u00e9-requisito para uso \u00e9 ter uma conta do Gmail e fazer seu cadastro.<\/p><p>O curso apresentar\u00e1 o ambiente de programa\u00e7\u00e3o em JavaScript, a base de dados dispon\u00edvel, assim como acess\u00e1-la, filtr\u00e1-la, importar dados, criar seu pr\u00f3prio mapa e por fim export\u00e1-lo. Uma r\u00e1pida introdu\u00e7\u00e3o ao JavaScript permitir\u00e1 entender o funcionamento do GEE. O Python \u00e9 uma linguagem de programa\u00e7\u00e3o extremamente vers\u00e1til e simples, com in\u00fameras aplica\u00e7\u00f5es, desde minera\u00e7\u00e3o de dados a automa\u00e7\u00e3o de processos e intelig\u00eancia artificial. Inicialmente no curso ser\u00e1 feita uma introdu\u00e7\u00e3o ao Python, apresentando a sintaxe utilizada pela linguagem e suas constru\u00e7\u00f5es b\u00e1sicas (loops e condicionais), que ser\u00e3o importantes para realizar opera\u00e7\u00f5es na biblioteca de an\u00e1lise de dados, Pandas. Essa biblioteca \u00e9 uma ferramenta de leitura, organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e exporta\u00e7\u00e3o de dados, e permite, ainda, a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de fun\u00e7\u00f5es a diferentes conjuntos de dados em tabelas virtuais chamadas DataFrames.<\/p><p>Ao final do curso os alunos ter\u00e3o conhecimento suficiente para manipular arquivos em formatos tabulares e processar c\u00e1lculos com o Pandas, al\u00e9m de plotar gr\u00e1ficos de linha, barra e histograma. Desde ent\u00e3o, v\u00e1rios simuladores foram desenvolvidos para uso em campo e em laborat\u00f3rio. No entanto, o potencial deste equipamento n\u00e3o \u00e9 extensivamente explorado no Brasil. Al\u00e9m disso, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio o entendimento do processo a ser investigado para adequa\u00e7\u00e3o da chuva simulada. Pois, corre-se o risco de o resultado do experimento ser mera fic\u00e7\u00e3o.\u00a0 A partir do tema, \u00c1gua em Pauta: M\u00faltiplas Dimens\u00f5es, a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de simuladores abrangem \u00e0 dimens\u00e3o da parcela, sobretudo, hidrologia de vertente. A presente proposta tem rela\u00e7\u00e3o direta com o Tem\u00e1rio das Sess\u00f5es Regulares: SR02- Processos hidrol\u00f3gicos e meio ambiente, SR04- Mec\u00e2nica dos fluidos e hidr\u00e1ulica e SR08 &#8211; Ensino de hidrologia e hidr\u00e1ulica, capacita\u00e7\u00e3o, difus\u00e3o, treinamento, forma\u00e7\u00e3o continuada. Ao considerar-se as t\u00e9cnicas mais avan\u00e7adas no campo da previs\u00e3o hidrol\u00f3gica, geralmente, resulta em sistemas de previs\u00e3o complexos e de dif\u00edcil implanta\u00e7\u00e3o e operacionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o. Em termos de aplica\u00e7\u00f5es pr\u00e1ticas, em muitos locais do Brasil s\u00e3o adotadas metodologias muito simples de previs\u00e3o, como regress\u00f5es. Neste contexto, este minicurso visa apresentar um sistema de previs\u00e3o de vaz\u00f5es (SOPREVA) que utiliza t\u00e9cnicas avan\u00e7adas, como a assimila\u00e7\u00e3o de dados e previs\u00e3o por conjunto, mas de f\u00e1cil implanta\u00e7\u00e3o e utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p>O minicurso ser\u00e1 dividido em duas etapas: a primeira ser\u00e1 de uma breve apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o te\u00f3rica, com princ\u00edpios da modelagem hidrol\u00f3gica, previs\u00e3o de vaz\u00f5es e assimila\u00e7\u00e3o de dados utilizando o Ensemble Kalman Filter; Para se discutir os instrumentos de gest\u00e3o e diretrizes \u00e0 gest\u00e3o de recursos h\u00eddricos \u00e9 fundamental o envolvimento de todos os setores da sociedade, incluindo a comunidade que reside na bacia hidrogr\u00e1fica. Neste sentido, este minicurso tem como objetivo apresentar a metodologia de Mapeamento Ambiental Participativo (MAP), tanto a parte te\u00f3rica como pr\u00e1tica, com o intuito de contribuir com o processo participativo da gest\u00e3o da \u00e1gua e dos recursos h\u00eddricos, a fim de fortalecer a governan\u00e7a. A metodologia MAP vem sendo aplicada, desde a d\u00e9cada de 1990, nas mais diversas \u00e1reas relacionadas ao meio ambiente, sobretudo em bacias hidrogr\u00e1ficas com envolvimento de Comit\u00eas de Bacia Hidrogr\u00e1fica, pois, al\u00e9m de auxiliar nos debates e discuss\u00f5es sobre instrumentos de gest\u00e3o e realizar um diagn\u00f3stico das situa\u00e7\u00f5es ambientais na bacia, tamb\u00e9m contribui para o desenvolvimento e realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de projetos de educa\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental, uma vez que propicia o envolvimento da comunidade nos debates sobre gest\u00e3o da \u00e1gua e recursos h\u00eddricos. No entanto, h\u00e1 car\u00eancia ou mesmo inexist\u00eancia de observa\u00e7\u00f5es de campo \u00e9 uma realidade em diversas regi\u00f5es do mundo. Como alternativa, os produtos de sensoriamento remoto t\u00eam desempenhado um papel fundamental no fornecimento de diversos tipos de informa\u00e7\u00f5es para a an\u00e1lise de sistemas ambientais. Atualmente, uma infinidade de produtos est\u00e1 sendo lan\u00e7ado ou revisado, com isso torna-se necess\u00e1rio utilizar ferramentas capazes de manusear esse grande n\u00famero de informa\u00e7\u00f5es de forma pr\u00e1tica e h\u00e1bil. O objetivo do curso \u00e9 introduzir uma ferramenta de c\u00f3digo livre que torna o trabalho com matrizes multidimensionais simples e eficiente, permitindo assim que os participantes manipulem e extraiam informa\u00e7\u00f5es de produtos de sensoriamento remoto. Eles possuem import\u00e2ncia nos estudos hidrol\u00f3gicos, hidrogeol\u00f3gicos, agroclimatol\u00f3gicos, bem como em problemas que envolvem din\u00e2micas territoriais, tais como as mudan\u00e7as de uso e cobertura do solo, modelos econ\u00f4micos de explora\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos naturais, etc. Para estes modelos, o uso de dados espaciais, tais como em formato raster, \u00e9 estrat\u00e9gico para a representa\u00e7\u00e3o das vari\u00e1veis de interesse. Neste contexto, o software Dinamica EGO aparece como uma interessante ferramenta que consiste em uma plataforma para modelos ambientais, otimizada para trabalhar com dados raster e tabulares, cujas funcionalidades e interface gr\u00e1fica permitem ao usu\u00e1rio construir um modelo desde o princ\u00edpio com base na combina\u00e7\u00e3o de operadores, representados como blocos, e conectores que transmitem resultados de um operador a outro, representados no modelo por setas. Os operadores atuam como fun\u00e7\u00f5es pr\u00e9-estabelecidas que podem ser combinadas de formas infinitas para a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de modelos inovadores desenvolvidos inteiramente a partir das ideias do pesquisador. Os resultados s\u00e3o apresentados na forma de mapas raster, tabelas ou valores. Os operadores de \u2018loop\u2019 permitem a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de processos de retroalimenta\u00e7\u00e3o positiva e negativa, bem como repeti\u00e7\u00f5es aninhadas ou regionalizadas. O usu\u00e1rio pode desenvolver o modelo atrav\u00e9s da interface gr\u00e1fica, bem como atrav\u00e9s da linguagem script pr\u00f3pria do programa, chamada EGO.
